Can't play a single song from elsewhere while retaining current queue

My Question or Issue

Hi,

I've noticed recently a change in the functionality of selecting songs and retaining my queue. Whereas in the past, I could hit play on any individual song and it would play it while retaining my current queue, now when I attempt to play any single song it replaces my current queue with the playlist of said song. 

I've tried a clean reinstall but to no avail.

Any ideas if this is a change or a bug?

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

Can you let me know if this is happening on all your devices? I tried this on both Mobile and Desktop, but the queued songs remain in the queue even if I play a few songs from a different playlist/ album.

Do you add the songs in your queue manually?
