Can't play any song in Spotify app and spotify webplayer homepage wont even load

My Question or Issue

If I try to listen to a song in the windows app it stops after few seconds and tells me it cant play the song. If I try to open the webplayer (open.spotify.com) it tells me it can't reach the website. I feel like somehow banned from spotify???
