Can't play any song

Can't play any song on spotify on my laptop, gives error "This song is not available. If you have the file on your computer you can import it." All the same songs work fine on my iphone and ipad, issue only occured on my laptop since today.

I suggest trying out a clean reinstall. The error may be the result of some in-program glitch, and this is how to wipe it off 🙂
1. Close Spotify and uninstall it.
2. Go to %AppData% in Windows Explorer, and delete any Spotify folders you find in Local and Roaming folders.
3. Restart your computer.
4. Install Spotify.

Reinstalling the audio driver may help. The error sometimes reflects issues with the audio device or driver.
