Can't play music except if it's in my liked

I'm on PC and for the past week or so i have not been able to play any music from the home page whatsoever, it doesn't even show up on the bottom. I have to add it to my liked to play it. I tried a reinstall and the issue has still not been resolved. Turned off hardware acceleration as well. I'm on windows 11 Pro. Any help?

you might need to clear Spotify cache to see how things pan out
