My Question or Issue

Hi, for some reason I can't reproduce albums or single songs, only playlists from my windows app that worked fine for years. Clicking on play nothing happened. Before that, the app started crashing every once in a while, especially shortly after playing the first song, then completely stoppe playing. I have tried everything, soft/hard resets, logging out/in, firewall whitelisting, removing Antivirus, nothing changed. My other devices apps worked very well. did not find similar cases surfing the web, can someone help?thx

Hi Vasil,

I have tried everything that was in thread you mentioned but nothing worked out. The issue is still there. One thing that I have noticed is that, when trying following the suggestion to rename or delete the Spotify folder  in C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\Local\Spotify there is no such folder, maybe this could be the cause or maybe this is not needed from newer versions.
