Hi

The location you indicate is for an 'app' as opposed to a classic win32 program.
And as such it won’t [necessarily] show up in control panel.
If you want to uninstall apps [for those that can be readily uninstalled] you need to go to:
Settings -> Apps -> Apps & features
Where you can see a list of installed apps and programs, which should hopefully include the Spotify app, and allow you to uninstall it.

My general preference is for programs over apps, so I would recommend if/when you do a reinstall you reinstall the program [from Spotify’s website] and not the app from the windows store. However your preferences may be different, and either should work.

If uninstalling is not possible [it doesn't appear in the apps list in settings] then I would recommend going to the store app and looking do re-download/install/repair the Spotify app from there. Even if you don't want to use the Spotify app you need to get rid of it and need to repair the installation before you can do so, and the windows store should do that for you.

If it doesn't then post back with what happened and I/we can try to help you further.

Hope that's helpful.
