Okay I'm trying to get BBC podcast to play and it keeps giving me the message below on three of podcast

August 10th and August 9th and one on the August 11th also won't play

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I have the same issue. It does not play a specific artist (it only plays a duet song) on any platform i try to listen: windows, web or android. It is related to my account.

Please help.
