Cant download or remove traces of Spotify

I wanted to update spotify then it shot itself
I cant Reinstall it nor via Microsoft store
I found Left over files that i think that it might cause issues but i cannot remove it
I also Cannot relocate files i am stuck with no options

I can go on the webrowser and my account and data is there
But its just the App itself

And im really out of options

You can try to clear all Spotify related files, by following the steps below, which were originally suggested by @MattSuda in this thread:

1. Uninstall Spotify: Start > Control Panel > Programs / Uninstall a Program > Spotify
2. Find your AppData folder and delete all Spotify data.
3. Start, run, type: %appdata% and hit enter
4. You probably see 4 folders; enter each and see if they contain a folder called Spotify. Delete the entire Spotify folder.
5. Restart your computer at this point.
6. Reinstall Spotify (download)?
