My Question or Issue
I cannot log into the application but I can log into the browser.
When i type in the email and password it says it is not recognised or it has an error.
This happens on iPad 3, Windows 11, etc.
I have tried resetting the password and reset it twice. Still doesnt work.

First, I’d suggest deleting the image you shared if possible, and avoid posting your email publicly for security reasons. We always recommend keeping your info private to stay safe.
Now, about the issue — can you double-check that you’re using the right credentials to log into your account? If you can, try borrowing a device from a friend or relative with the same OS and see if the issue happens there too.
Also, it’s worth trying a clean reinstall to make sure no leftover files are causing trouble. If that doesn’t help, could you share the Spotify version you’re currently using?

Hi there,
I can't seem to see or remove the image.
I have tried a clean reinstall. It is the same problem on multiple devices

Can you try to log in with a different account (such as a friend or family member) to see if it makes any difference?
If it works as expected, I'd suggest it would be better to contact our customer support team, as it seems to be account-related.

No this doesnt seem to make any difference
The spotify version is an older version because newer versions dont work on the iPad 3. In saying this, it was working fine until 2 weeks ago.

Please note that the iPad 3's latest iOS update is iOS 9, which is no longer supported on our end. As Spotify requires iOS 15 or above to function properly, we cannot guarantee the functionality of older app versions.
If, however, the issue is still present across multiple devices & platforms, it's possible that it's related to the account itself, so it's a good idea to reach out to our support folks as suggested by @MateusM as they can look at your account and see if there's anything abnormal backstage 🙂
