Cant open spotify

My Question or Issue

So I cant open my spotify. every time i tried to open it, it popped up "Check the Windows Store for more info about Spotify". I already uninstall and install it yet didnt worked. i already moved the spotify folder to "Local disk (C:) > Program Files (x86). and i tried with troubleshooting the microsoft store. and i tried dabbling with regedit,local policy,etc.

i dont know what this signify but i cant seem to delete this "spotify 1.1.30.658.gf13cde74" and when i tried i just get "Check the Windows Store for more info about Spotify.". anyone know where is the file at?
