Cant play songs in app on phone or PC

There are some songs it says, "This song is not available. If you have the file on your computer you can import it". I have tried everything, reinstalling, deleting cache, checking for updates on audio drivers and turnt off local files.

I can play it in web player but not on any device of mine...

I have the same problem but just with Imagine Dragons. Everything else works.
