Changing Playlist Artwork in Details settings, but doesn't change after Clicking Save

Hi!

I am trying to change my playlists artwork but after i change it in the details section and click save, it doesn't change, I even checken on the mobile app. I would appreicate any help.

Sorry turns out the JPEG file was corrupt.
