Playlist cover images not loading

When I try to change the cover image of a playlist I've made, it loads the picture as if the change were taking place, but once I click save nothing happens. If I click back to edit the image, it shows the image I've changed it to in the edit panel but it doesn't actually change my playlist picture.

Is there a way to fix this behavior? I've changed playlist images in the past with no issues and this is very silly and frustrating. I pay for premium if that makes a difference (not that it should for something so basic).
