My Question or Issue

 My IPhone keeps appearing and disappearing from my connections list on Spotify both in the app and on my PC. 

If I play a song on my pc it will randomly connect and update the play bar on my phone and then disconnect. Multiple times a second and it flashes the connection name.

 

I just want to be able to control my pc from my phone.
