My Question or Issue

 

All of a sudden, all the music on my pc App is blanked out and it says "This content is not available" when I try to play a song. However if I log into a web browser on the same PC, it works fine. 

 

It's working fine on my mac too. I reinstalled the app and the same thing is happening.

 

I have NordVPN on my computer, but that's never caused any issue. It use it on and off, so it's not always on.

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community. 

 

We understand you’ve already tried reinstalling. However, we’d like to suggest a clean reinstall as this is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble. 

 

If this doesn't do the trick, could you ask a friend or a family member to log in to their personal account using your device to see if they can replicate this? It will help us see if the issue is related to your account or your device.
