Hello,
I am repeatedly getting an error that the songs I select to play can't be played. Occasionally, the song will play partially (in the current case, it has processed through 1:11 of the song, 3:49 total) and then fail to play, giving the error bar at the top saying "Can't play the current song."
Spotify Version (fresh web download): 1.0.45.186.g3b5036d6
System OS: Windows 7 Enterprise SP1
I have already tried a fresh installation along with deleting the local user AppData.

Yes I have tried these issues. The issue is not persistent (for example, it's currently behaving fine).
I will also note that I have had similar issues on the Spotify app for Android.

Hi,
No. I don't use my mobile Spotify on the same internet connection, and the behavior has been the same between WiFi connection and ATT 4G.
EDIT: This issue is much more present when the song cycles to the next in a playlist of album/artist play. It will reach the end of the song and fail to transition to the next. While it is working, hitting the 'next track' selection will play the next track as expected.

I did some looking and it seems like a known issue, which means that Spotify folks are aware and looking into it. I'd suggest you head in the Ongoing Issues area and add some feedback such as the OS you use and version of the client etc. so they have more information about this issue in order to fix it 🙂
You could also try updating your audio driver in case that does it. You can follow these instructions:
