Cover art not showed for local files on Windows when file name includes an apostrophe

Hi! After several hours trying to know why one of my files did not show the cover art on Spotify I found out that it was because of the file name including apostrophe.

STEPS TO REPLICATE ISSUE:

1. I did tests with several audio files, renamed them to make them include an apostrophe on the file name.

2. All the files had a image included on the file (checked with iTunes and TagScanner)

3. Added only these files to the local files on Spotify.

4. In all the cases cover was not showed on Spotify 1.0.62.508.g2c497f24 for Windows 10 (latest version available)

Previosly I tried to solve the issue by deleting setting files located on /appdata/roaming/spotify

I also reinstalled several times, but these actions did not solve the problem.
