Cracking/Popping every few seconds on all songs

Hey,

I have gone through many posts on here about this issue, non of the "solutions" have worked.

Running Windows 10 64 bit

Tried Spotify through Windows store and downloaded from Spotify.

Have tried:

Uninstalling and Reinstalling

Uninstalling and Reinstalling Audio drivers

Restarting PC

Rolling back audio drivers

Updating Audio drivers

With hardware acceleration both off and on

Clearing Cache

Changing Audio driver from Realtek to Generic

Uninstalling flash (one user said this worked for them, it did not for me)

Allowing full rights through firewall

Web app has same issue

Youtube, games, video all working perfectly

Spotify on phone and tv both working perfectly

Spotify on phone through same speakers used on pc working perfectly (not a speaker issue)

This is.. ridiculous...

I just want to listen to music not riddled with cracking and popping like im listening on a record player.

Have tried resetting modem too, i forgot to add that.

I have had premium for about a year, use the app on windows every day, only until the last couple weeks have i noticed this.
