Crash in 20 seconds everytime

My Question or Issue

Since like 5 days my app Spotify (only on computer) crash everytime in approximately 20 seconds. I try all the solution like disconnect my account or uninstall and reinstall and it doesn't work.

Hope you can help me (and sorry if my english isn't perfect, i'm french)

I recommend trying out a clean reinstall - follow the steps in this article on how to do that.

Also, ensure that all of your Windows updates have been installed.
