Crashing on windows 10

Hi all,

I have already tried all possible solution from the posts concerning a similar problem. The problem is this: the desktopversion (both from the installer and the app from the windowsmarket) causes my laptop to freeze. I have to do a hard reaset in order to use my computer again. 

Anyone has the same problem and/or a solution?

Also for mee... It just freezes my whole comupter and I have to hard reset. Just a second after starting spotify app on windows 10. I already tried everything. Reinstalling, removing all cache folders, cleaning registry. nothing helps. Will there be a reaction from spotify on this ?:/

I have the same problem. 
Seems that Spotify (desktop or Windows shop) app crashes Windows Explorer or similar process. 

I'd reinstal windows to clean version, but errors remains. My problems stoped when Spotify had been uninstalled..

I really need a solution because I'm tired of using spotify web, and I don't want to think that I'm paying premium for nothing...
