I am trying to delete local files from my Spotify and nothing is working.

I found a forum on here that said to:

  1. Close Spotify
  2. Navigate to "%appdata%\Spotify\Users\" in your file browser.
  3. There should be a folder "username-user" - enter the folder.
  4. Delete the file named "local-files.bnk"
  5. Start Spotify

 

This did not work... What is the next thing I can try?

maybe try reinstalling spotify. it could help !
