My Question or Issue
My desktop app will only play a song for about 6-8 seconds and then just freeze for no reason and no matter if I skip the whole song or skip 10 seconds the song just will not play. Pretty frustrating since I pay for premium. I have it on my desktop at home and I have it on my phone and my old phone for car rides as well as the computer I have at work. The web player works just fine but the app is much better.
I have tried to look for the answer and I have a fresh install of the most recent app and nothing works.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps. Make sure to remove any leftover of Spotify.
