Desktop-Overlay permanently

Is it possible to permanently (or at least while playing) show the overlay that pops up when you use media keys? I really like it, and would like to keep it there permanently.

Hi there,

Unfortunately, this isn't possible. The Desktop Overlay is a Windows 10 feature that only shows up only while media buttons are being used.
