[Desktop] Spotify broken

So a day, i started my Spotify and wanted to play music. First of all it says that all my playlists are empty and after that also the search bar was broken. Or if it did worked and i clicked on a song the song will not be played.

I reinstalled spotify already 2 times. Used another accounts, none of it solved it. This is also on the Web Player. But if i use my phone (Samsung, Android) it works fine. I use that like a remote control. But it will be better if i can use it again on my PC

Good job on checking first whether or not a reinstall solves the issue, in most such cases it does. However, could give it another go with these steps and run a clean reinstall? These ones are more thorough. That way you can make sure the cache is not causing this issue. make sure to download the app version from the Microsoft Store as it's better optimized for Windows 10.

If that doesn't fix things, could you let us know if this happens only when using Connect or also when using the app directly on your PC? We'd also appreciate it if you send us a couple of screenshots of what you see at your end. You can attach them via the Insert Photo option in the post editor, just make sure to hide any private/sensitive info.
