[Desktop] Spotify tasks continune to run in background after quitting (Windows 10)

I have the latest version of Windows 10 installed. I have tried installing the application from both Spotify.com as well as the Windows Store. I've also disabled as many Settings as I could, (i.e. Social, GPU acceleration, minimizing to taskbar on quit). However, when I quit Spotify, Task Manager still shows tasks running and some still using Very High power. I can't actually "quit" these processes until I End Task from Task Manager. When I want to quit Spotify, I want to end all associated tasks but this does not seem to be the case. Screenshot attached after "exiting" Spotify.
