[Desktop][Your Library] Can't get the new Spotify UI

I've noticed that everyone around me is getting a new update that changes the user interface of Spotify. I don't have this update. I updated Spotify on my Microsoft store and nothing changed. I uninstalled it and downloaded it from my web browser, still no change. Why don't I have the latest interface? People in my local area have the latest update so why don't I have it? I have researched how to update  Spotify and none of the methods worked for me. This is the March/April 2021 Spotify update.
