Desktop app not working with Discord, or showing up on my iPhone.

My Question or Issue

My computer does not show up as a device on my Wi-Fi network, and I am unable to control it from my phone or use the Spotify Discord status. The web player works perfectly fine, but the Spotify app refuses to work. I have tried multiple Wi-Fi networks, a soft reset, and a fresh reinstall of Spotify. I am still unable to control my computer from my account. In the attached screenshot, my computer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as my phone, and actively playing music. The app is not in offline mode, and there is no private session enabled. I am currently running the latest version of Windows 11 and the Spotify app, which I've installed and kept updated through the Microsoft Store. I have tried both versions, and neither work. As previously stated, web player functions perfectly fine. Is there any possible fixes for this?

My Question or Issue

So basically discord used to show what song that I was listening to on my status, but since then I had to factory reset my pc, and since redownloading everything it didn't work. I tried unlinking and linking the accounts, redownloading the apps etc. Nothing seems to work? I've narrowed it down to being the problem of the spotify app on windows 11 as the feature works on my mobile device. But also I used to be able to control my spotify on PC via my mobile device (Iphone 12 pro max) and this has stopped working. Any solutions?
