Desktop spotify app stopped updating when switched to duo plan

Desktop spotify app stopped updating when switched to duo plan

Ever since I switched to the duo plan, my desktop app won't update songs added on my phone app. There's no new sign-in information given and my sole account lists as duo. Just no songs added since then show up despite clicking sync and putting both on public.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

Just to check, do you notice any difference after clearing stored cache from the desktop app? Once it's done, make sure to log out from the app and back in again. Completing these steps should resync your account info.

Shouldn't that do the trick, can you let us know if songs that you add using the desktop app appear on the mobile app? Also, are the songs visible using the Web Player?
