Desktop title bar detached from app after resume from sleep

My Question or Issue

When Spotify is open and the PC goes to sleep, when it resumes from sleep, the Windows title bar is detached. I can move the app around on the screen, but the elipses (...) at top left and the minimum, restore, close buttons at top right stay in the apps position before sleeping. Closing the app and opening it again is the only way to correct this. See the screen shots attached. The menu from the elipses still functions normally, showing the menu.

Note, before the PC sleeps, Spotify is not in full-screen, but a window filling part of the screen.
