Despite LTE module, there's no internet network on Win11app

Ausgangssituation ist, das ich per Webplayer, die LTE Verbindung vom Laptop nutzen kann, in der Winn1-App nicht.

Also ich habe einen Laptop, der im jetztigen Moment aktiv seine eigene LTE Verbindung nutzt. Über diese Verbindung kann ich Spotify nicht nutzen, da kommt nach neuinstallation und anmelde-Versuch der Fehlercode: accesspoint:31.

Im Support wurde mir als erstes geraten Spotify neu zu installieren, das habe ich getan, als ich dann von meinem weiteren Fehler (acesspoint....) berichtete wurde mir gesagt, ich soll spotify nochmal zuhause neuinstallieren, es liegt an meiner Internet-verbindung (über diese schreibe ich gerade).

Das ist ein kurzer auszug, aus dem schlechtesten Support, den ich je erhalten habe.

We hope you don't mind us replying in English, as that's the Community's official language (we've modified the title to make this thread easier to find).

In this case, could you make sure that Spotify has been added to the Firewall exceptions (the app needs to have allowed access to your network)? Also, let us know if this only happens with your LTE network and not others, such as WiFi. 

Lastly, we recommend running Spotify as administrator and tell us if the network issue persists.
