If the tracks are constantly changing by itself, it could be related to technical issues, or someone else is using your account. First, make sure that your account is protected and secure by following the steps mentioned in this article. 

If the issue persists, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app. This is often an overlooked step, but it’s more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble. 

Lastly, to keep investigating; include in your next response the make, model and OS version of the device involved, along with the Spotify version you're currently running.
