Devices Available menu no longer displays other computers or phones

My Question or Issue

I use one of my computers as a media center and use different computers or phones to control Spotify on that media center computer.  With the latest Spotify update, my computer nor Iphone can see the media center computer as a playable device.  The menu, however, still recognizes the other smart devices that I have around the house (Sonos, Samsung TV, Amazon Echo Dot, Amazon Echo Show).

How do I enable other Spotify apps to control my media center computer desktop Spotify app again?

The problem has corrected itself, after restarting both desktop apps several times, both apps started recognizing windows devices as connectable devices again..
