Discord not Showing What song I am listening to on Windows

I have a problem on discord that the song I am listening to on Spotify doesn't show up on my discord, It only shows a question mark box. It is very annoying because I contacted the discord help center but it's been 2 days and still haven't got a reply so I am very annoyed right now. Please Contact me, my email is *snip* or reply when you have a solution for me. Thank you :). Platform: Windows 10
