Dislike button broken on Android and completely missing from Windows

My Question or Issue

Tracks are not being improved. Hitting the do not play button does not skip to the next track. The same songs are being played despite being told not to. The do not play button is not being shown on the windows 10 app.

This is getting a bit irritating considering that it has been an on-going issue and I am paying for a service that is not working as intended.
