Disliked Songs keep popping up

After some time or after pressing any button disliked songs in my radio stations appear again, at the same spot in the playlist. Disliking them again does not make a difference as they just pop up again. I restartet the Desktop app and it also did not make a difference. Is this a mistake on my side of things ? Is ther any way to get rid of a song forever?
