Your Library - Artists

I follow artists, I go to the artists section under library - then what? I see "wish lists" to do something but am I right that even though I selected 10 artists, after that there is no way to instantly say "play any music by these artists"?  Not seeing anything.

Ditto when I go to Playlists - not seeing a way to add artists. 

Am I missing something? I want to add 20 artists to a playlist and have Spotify play random music it knows of by those artists. I don't want to pick songs to add to lists. 

If there is a FAQ or BLOG or some help to point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
