Do local files count towards the end of year Spotify Wrapped "minutes streamed" counter?

My Question or Issue

So, my family and I have a little bit of a compitetion every december to see who streamed the most music and I find it very interesting. But since I've been getting more into obscure music, local files have had to save me. And what I'm wondering is that do the minutes of music I streamed through local files go to the total minutes streamed at the end of year Spotify Wrapped?

First of all, JPEGmafia is the best d(^_^)b

I'd have to say this is a hard questions to answer.

However, as the Spotify app is the platform that plays the tracks i would have to say that each minute counts.
