Download list of my hearted songs

I'd like to download a list of all of my favorited songs, albums, and artists. Any metadata I can get might be useful, since I'm not sure exactly what I'm going to do with the information yet, but my priorities are:

1) It needs to be JUST stuff I've favorited. No "recommended for you". No "also by people you like".

2) The data needs to be in a format I can work with. I'm comfortable with xml, json, etc. I pretty much just need a non-proprietary format and I can take it from there.

3) Just to emphasize: I want to download a list of favorited songs, not the songs themselves.
