Certain songs do not play

Good Afternoon all,

It's interesting how I cannot play most of the songs on Spotify, while connected to a certain Hotspost, which is hosted by a Laptop, instead of a router.

This only happens, when I am connected to that network.

Let's say I use choose a playlist and most of the songs are appearing as per the attached pictures, other are running well.

What I have done?

1. Reinstalled the app.

2. Reinstalled Windows 10

3. Edited file "Hosts" & deleted it.

4. Blocked/Unblocked firewall settings

5. Went from Public to Private Network

6. Updated Proxy

7. Edited numerous settings in Spotify from Playback to Hardware Acceleration

8. Tried the App from the store & the program from the website.

Nothing has worked so far and I've read numerous articles with experiments.

What might be causing this? I think it's coming from my network, however, I am not sure what is causing it.
