My Question or Issue

I deleted all my downloads from the app settings and after I changed the streaming/download quality to lossless, I pressed download on one playlist. It started downloading in lossless, downloaded about 12 tracks no problem and then it got stuck while stopped using the network. I exited and relaunched the app several times and also rebooted the pc a few more. Nothing works. Am I the only one with this issue? My internet is 500mbps so that's not the problem either.

Thanks for reaching out and kudos for the troubleshooting you've already tried.

 

We haven't seen any similar reports about issues with downloading in lossless, so this is likely a temporary glitch. As a next step, we'd recommend making sure you have enough free space on your PC and performing a clean reinstall of the app using the steps in this guide. It's also worth trying with both versions of the Windows desktop app - the one from our website and the one from Microsoft Store.
