My Question or Issue

I'm unable to download any songs to a playlist (or download any songs at all for that matter). Looking it up on the r/spotify subreddit prompted several threads of the same problem with no replies, and the spotify community forms just told me to uninstall the app, which I've done plenty of times from both the spotify website and windows store. Changing my wifi connecting to a mobile hotspot also does nothing. All installing spotify did was uninstall ALL my downloaded songs, which hasn't been helpful.

For reference sake, I'm using Windows 10 and I have premium. Spotify is up to date, as is my PC. Songs download onto my phone app with no issue. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks in advanced.

Hey @Frazer_Abbiss,

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

Just to double-check as you mentioned reinstalling the app, have you already tried a clean reinstall? It basically helps you making sure you delete all the Spotify files from your PC so that you can start fresh with a cleared app. Perhaps that does the trick.

Hope you find this useful. Let us know how you get on!
