Drag and Drop up no longer works

My Question or Issue

You can't drag and drop a up, only down now with the new update.

 

There is a zone at the very bottom of the screen(just above the banner adbar) that when the song in a playlist is dragged over it to move it down in the play-order, will accelerate the scroll as you are dragging, but that same functionality is not available at the top of the screen.

It's the latest version of the desktop app for windows, I realized it works on a playlist, just not on the queue, so I guess it's not that big of a deal after all. Just a bit tedious if you have a long queue that you can only drag it up to the top of what is currently visible and then repeat.

Now I'm not as sure as I was that you could do that in the old look-n-feel desktop app(before the recent upgrade.)

Should be easy to reproduce for anybody, let me know if you still need the screen recording.

I am having this issue within the playlists I have built. Windows 10, with app auto-updated so should be the newest version. When I try to drag a song upward, to the zone that used to start scrolling through the list, I get the slashed circle icon saying I can't drop them there and the list does not scroll. Please help as this makes it impossible to edit long playlists.
