My Question or Issue

Hello,

All of a sudden this morning, the App switched to Offline Mode and stopped playing. I closed the App and opened it back up and was unable to log back in to the App. I received the message: "A firewall may be blocking Spotify. Please update you firewall to allow Spotify. Additionally you could try changing the currently used proxy settings. (Error code: 112)

 

I opened the web player and am able to log in to my account and see all of the channels that I have listened to but when I click on the play button, nothing happens.  

 

I can connect my iPhone to the same network via WiFi and it works just fine.

 

Please let me know what I need to do to fix this issue.

thanks for posting !

 

Please follow this steps :

- Disconnect your router/modem for 1 full min and plug it back in

- Restart your device

- Perform a clean reinstall of the app following this steps

- Try the app again
