Error 17 Firewall / Can't change my country in profile

My Question or Issue

 I have the error 17 everytime I try to login with my facebook credentials, I've tried EVERYTHING when it comes to solutions,although I found one regarding the country you are now and if it's different.

I skipped that until my phone app wanted me to declare the country I'm currently in. I'm almost 2 weeks in Croatia for the Erasmus program (I'm from Greece). I went to change my account info regarding the country I am now, and even with both my phone and my laptop's gps ,it won't let me change my country from Greece, to Croatia. Now what? Be music-less for six months?

That's odd! Have you tried opening the country settings page in an incognito window or a different browser? That usually does the trick.
