Hi there, I am getting this error message even though I paid. Can someone please tell me why I am getting this?

To see if your payment to Spotify was successful head to this page and check your receipts. If you get an error message, we'd suggest checking out this help page.

 

You can also follow these steps in order to update your payment details. Make sure to perform the changes in a private/incognito window to avoid cache issues.
