Error Track not available when connected to external sound card

Hi everyone.  I attached a numark party mix dj mixer to mylaptop via usb.  I want to use the integrated sound card.  All audio works except for Spotify. I can watch youtube videos, system sounds, everything works through the Party Mix.   I get that error that the track is not available soon as I plug it in.  I have tried restarting computer  with no luck.

Tried the whole deleting user in file explorer.  No work.  It has to have something to do with the external sound card.  because when I plug that in I get the error, when its not plugged in I don't.
