Error code 18 on windows 8.1 HELP ME

 Hi, I uninstalled Spotify and tried to download it again for my windows 8.1. I went to the website and got the installer and when the installer is installing the app, it stops and gives error code 18. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Could you first try restarting your computer in Safe Mode and the try to install Spotify again?
