Everytime I try to log in on my Desktop, I get auth:16 or client_token:101

Everytime I try to log in on my Desktop, I get auth:16 or client_token:101

So when I try to log in using my email, I have the error code auth:16 and when I try with my Facebook account, I get the error code client_token:101
I don't have this problem with the web player.

Here are the steps I already did:
-Restarting PC
-Restarting modem & internet
-Uninstall & reinstall Spotify (like thousands of time)
-Did at least 3 clean reinstall
-Spotify is not in my firewall list
-Turned off firewall
-Turned off proxys
-Changed the proxys on the app from automatically detected to no proxy
-I don't use a VPN
-Checked other devices, they're all good - so not a problem with internet.
Everytime I did that, I restarted my computer. I'm very lost now.. Thank you!

Hi @Melo_Day, and welcome to the Spotify Community!

Thanks for letting us know all the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. In order to understand better what's going on, can you let us the Make/model and OS of the affected device along with the current Spotify version installed there? Also, let us know if it is a personal or work computer.

On another note, you mentioned you tried with other devices in order to make sure it wasn't a network issue. Was on of these devices another desktop computer? We'd also like to know if it's always behaved like that or if this behavior started after an specific event/update.

Keep us posted.

I use an Acer Aspire 3 with Window 10. The spotify version is 1.183.956.0

It is my personnnal computer. I didn't try with another destop as I don't have access to one. It just started one day, it didn't start after any specific event or update.

Thanks.

Hi @Melo_Day!

Could you confirm that you've tried the steps posted here? You can also try running the app in Safe Mode with Networking to see if the issue persists there.

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.

Cheers!
