Everytime an ad plays it just freezes

My Question or Issue

I have the Spotify app installed, and every single time an advert plays, it just freezes. I have already reinstalled Spotify. As far as I know, the only way to fix this is to exit out the application, and open up it up again, which is very tedious and annoying.

Just to confirm, have you also tried a soft reset of your device? The soft reset is basically a restart of the device, where you have the Spotify app installed. If you haven't, just give it a try and then check the app's performance again.

If you're still experiencing this issue, could you try a clean reinstall of the app on your device?

If that doesn't work either, could you try logging in with another free account on your device and seeing if that changes anything for you?

Try running your computer in safe mode or run the Spotify app with administrator privileges.
