I have managed to put song titles and artists to an Excel chart. However, it did not include the song times. Is there a way to get export the times?

There is no official function that enables you to export playlist data to other data base software like Excel. You can have a look at the Solution in this thread where other users have discussed possible third party software that can help with that 🙂
